2015 Club Fees
Due to the drastic increase (50%) in facility rental costs Cape Cod Juniors is forced to raise the Club fees
Tryout fee:
$25 for all age groups…Not included as part of Club Fee
Club Fee:
12 and under $300 (In house program for 4th, 5th and 6th graders)
14’s/16’s/18’s $500
Club Fee Due: The club fee must be paid in full by Jan. 25, 2015
Registration
USAV dues ARE NOT included in this year’s Club Fees. Players and coaches MUST register and pay online. Players not registered cannot try out.

Age Requirements
18 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996
or
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
17 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997
16 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998
15 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999
14 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2000
13 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2001
12 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2002 |
